If you are not fully satisfied with the product we send you, if you receive the wrong size or the wrong product by mistake, all you have to do is send it back to us.

The conditions for returning the purchased product are:

  • - You must have the receipt or a proof of purchase.
  • - The product must be intact and unused.
  • - The original tag must still be attached.
  • - The request must be made within 14 days, (7 days for sale items) with effect from the date on which you receive the product. 

If the above conditions are satisfied, we can refund the cost of the product excepting possible shipping costs sustained.

To start a goods return procedure:

  • - Enter your account page on kalenashoes.com
  • - Click on Returns and Exchanges.
  • - Create a return request through the procedure.

We will then contact you as soon as possible to confirm your return request.

You will be able to make the return within 14 days from our authorization

IMPORTANT:

We cannot accept returned goods that do not meet the above criteria. Our company policy allows maximum 1 returned goods request per order (on which several products can be listed)  

The following items cannot be returned for a refund: Any item marked as final sale

Merchandise purchased at regular price may be returned in store within 14 days of delivery and merchandise purchased on sale may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
